User Agreement

1. Platform Scope
This User Agreement governs access to and use of the Aggregated H5 Game Platform.
2. Entertainment Use
The platform is provided for lawful entertainment use. Users must not misuse the games, disrupt service availability, reverse engineer protected components, or attempt to access systems, data, or game resources without authorization.
3. Game Access
Game availability may depend on network conditions, browser compatibility, maintenance, and publishing requirements. We may update, remove, reorder, or replace games and company listings when needed to keep the platform operational.
4. User Conduct
Users agree not to submit harmful content, abuse platform functions, automate excessive requests, interfere with other users, or use the platform in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
5. Intellectual Property
Company names, game names, visual assets, interface elements, and related content remain the property of their respective owners or authorized operators. Access to the platform does not grant ownership of any game or brand asset.
6. Disclaimer
The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device, browser, or network environment.
7. Contact and Updates
We may update this User Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update means the updated terms apply to your use of the platform.
